The redemption can be done at the Members Lounge both inside and outside the entertainment area. You may approach our team members to clarify if unsure on the day of visit.



This campaign is applicable for all of our RWS Genting Rewards members who has earned at least 1 Genting Point from 15th November 2019, 0000hrs onwards. This is on a while redemption lasts basis and limited to one redemption per member throughout the promotion period.



Hence if you earn 5 Genting Point, you will also only be able to redeem one reward.
