based on the title above,
i've planning to buy an iphone from Senheng, to think that the warranty come with apple and senheng also is it ?

if the warranty i got from senheng, is it senheng warranty is honored everywhere ? (Any senheng store )

I think you buy from Switch or Machine and top up Apple care plan or something better.

For the first year, Apple’s warranty is honoured at any authorised Apple Service Centre, no issues. For the 2nd year, it’s only valid at Senheng, that is assuming Senheng provides an extended warranty.

the different i warranty, i wonder if the warranty on 2nd year can be use every Senheng in Malaysia

2nd year... u need to compare both writing to make sure. btw i never purchase apple care so not sure. for senheng, they will fix themselves (done by HQ)

Why are you so worried anyway? For iPhone 11 they will have to use original parts as replacements especially if it involves the display and the battery as using non ori could cause warning pop ups of which if this happened, you could still reject the repaired unit if they used non ori parts. They would usually replace you with good refurbished units if that's the case or otherwise worst case reimburse you back (last option). Extended warranty means the phone is insured as per the RRP. No Apple Care for iPhone in Malaysia so basically all Malaysia iPhone is covered by 1-year Apple Warranty. Extended warranty by 3rd party in this case is always welcomed.

2nd year senheng will honour the cost up to the original value of your phone

Example: Iphone 11 128GB cost RM3,599

So any replacement cost let say board replacement RM1,299 will be deducted from that value.
Once replace, your warranty value will be RM2,300 left until end of 2nd year if nothing else warranty.

But i not sure the 1st year Apple warranty will be like if screen crack since they dun honour it

SenHeng doesn't cover accidental damages so does standard Apple standard warranty. We don't have Apple Care here in Malaysia let alone Apple Care+.

You never know what they do (since they are third party).
They sell so many products, they must have a very big repair center.
They are jack of all trades.

Is there any black and white stated that senheng wil use original parts? Moreover normal consumer wouldn't know the hardware that they use in the phone is original or not

Simple. If you get a warning stating that some components might be compromised on your phone (thanks to Apple), send it back. Like I said, you don't agree with the repair job then don't accept it, or return it again till they do it right. Still a better warranty coverage after the standard 1-year Apple Warranty is gone. It's a FREE extension of warranty. Either you take it or leave it. What other options do you have here?
