Better than paying yourself for the repair maybe? No issues for me as long as outside Apple Warranty, the phone can be fixed, rather than having to think how much would it cost to repair the broken components. It’s a free extended warranty anyway. You have no obligations to send to them if you don’t trust them, but be prepared to pay when you send to Apple Authorised Service Centres.

Agree! it is too costly to bear the repairing at our own. why not taking this advantage right?!

Yes. Malaysians. Free also wanna complain.

- Pay RRP @ Machines, Switch = iPhone MY Set (Extended warranty by 3rd party also, you've to pay, expensive)
- Pay RRP @ SenQ/ Senheng = iPhone MY Set (Extended warranty FOC, up to 3-year coverage for Citi PlusOne members)
