The purchase I did cannot. I bought already and it went through again when accidentally click pay again. So double purchase in a span is 2 minutes.

I didn’t ask for refund. I accidentally did 2 purchase when my phone freeze. I want to keep the first One and cancel the second which bought accidentally when phone freezes.

After email, call, instant msg to no less than 4 personnel, finally 1 will escalate my request but subject to approval.

The first few told me ‘no. Not considered double purchase’ and also said his higher ups agree with his decision and no point to escalate.

But let’s see this one who help me to escalate.
