shopee cashback only on apps and its only 0.75% (old user) which is insulting

(its 6% for first time user)

0.75% means spend rm1000 only get rm7.50

plus claim time is in 75 days...in short not worth your time

i bet sh0p back company get around 3-6% commision from Shopee but give users 0.75%

Don't really pay much attention to Shopback's cashbacks, since I'm not a heavy online shopper. A couple of ringgit here & there every few months.

Well, I've so far withdrawn RM270 already with Shopback. Got pending about 200++ left.

Few weeks ago I check my Shopback cash back history and I also found out that a lot of my cash back got rejected, not just from Shopee.

AS mentioned by another user only Shopee+ShopBack has a problem. My Shopee 2019 purchases not even one was captured by ShopBack and Shoppe say they cannot help and ShopBack ask me to submit copies of my 2019 purchases but as usual in this sticky issue (their coding problems) they will just go into Twillight Zone. So now I boycott Shopee and using exclusively Lazada only, at least I know that I can get my cashback soooner or later. I already withdraw RM30 last year (thats when I realised that something is wrong with my accummulated cash, too little and I countercheck and found that 100% of my cash back comes from Lazada purchases I made 5-6 purchases a month including TV, HiFI, Speakers, Phones, Hidden cameras etc) But yeah! I manage to withdraw cash back into my bank account so it is not a scam except if you use Shopee and I dont know about others Zalora, Agoda etc.

no I think ...the moment you use free shipping voucher, that automatically disqualify from shopback cash back. I would think that is the cause. It's also stated in their rules...no voucher can be use otherwise disqualify.

As a user who encountered this issue (soon after my first reply to this thread), I should say something fair to stop certain false information.

I'm sure using Shopee vouchers doesn't disqualify your cashback. I used vouchers and Shopee coins in my first few purchases with them and everything went flawlessly. The cashback rate was still at 1%. Did they bait and switch after getting me hooked? Not so sure about that.

Soon the rate drops happened and all my cashbacks got rejected. I kept disputing all the rejected, they granted the first few and then rejected the rest again. I was obviously furious because they were my higher value purchases, but I still complained nicely. They taichi insist salahan "Shopee did not attribute the purchase to ShopBack" or some shit like that, even though they are tracked perfectly. I was fed up, but not too disappointed with them yet since I did earn some money from their games that time.

A few weeks ago surprised to see most of my rejected cashbacks got credited so that's nice of them. However, I do foresee another wave of rejects since one of the later purchases got rejected again.

I got 1 rejected case from shopback. They claim the seller not giving them the rebate as seller sell already very cheap. I sent them number of emails they choose to ignore me.

Any advise?
