My phone suddenly hang when I talking to someone just now... Make me have to remove my battery and restart it. Anyone encountered before?

wana ask. izzit there was a lock button at the side? can it be move up and down ? and the volume button at the side... when i press up...the button seems like bounce back slower than i press down..izzit normal ? |
