Hi all. This is my first time sharing experience of renovating office.

Office around 1000 sq ft.

Work Done:

1.Redo Plaster Ceiling with patterns
2. Remove vinyl flooring.
3. Tile with 2x2ft tiles.
4. Change lighting to all downlights to suit plaster ceiling. (rewiring & installation)
5. Enlarge meeting room (Paritioning works)

Whole process took me about 3 weeks.

Budget below:45k.

Was quite happy with the work done, considering the office management was quite strict about the working time. Noisy work only from 6pm-12am sad.gif.

Sorry bro forgot to tell u. The price includes tile, furniture and the cabinets as well. Pricey still?

The cabinets for office is using plywood with Formica finish. Seeing that it isn’t going to get wet, I figured it is not much of an issue.
