Hi all. This is my first time sharing experience of renovating office.
Office around 1000 sq ft.
Work Done:
1.Redo Plaster Ceiling with patterns
2. Remove vinyl flooring.
3. Tile with 2x2ft tiles.
4. Change lighting to all downlights to suit plaster ceiling. (rewiring & installation)
5. Enlarge meeting room (Paritioning works)
Whole process took me about 3 weeks.
Budget below:45k.
Was quite happy with the work done, considering the office management was quite strict about the working time. Noisy work only from 6pm-12am .
