Know and Believe on the love God has for us
1 John 4:15-16 (NIV) - 15 If anyone confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God. 16 And we have come to know and believe the love that God has for us. God is love; whoever abides in love abides in God, and God in him. Sometime it can be just theoretical thoughts about God loving us. But No, Bible tells us we need to know as you know a real person who love you without a doubt. And the word believe recorded here in the Greek "pisteuó" means to be entrusted. That is a very strong affirmation beyond any shadow of doubt. It is important that whenever you come to God, come in the sense of being entrusted that God loves you. Know and believe dearly beloved. There are 2 Laws. Law of Life vs Law of Sin & Death Romans 8:1-2 (NIV) - 1 Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, 2 because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you a free from the law of sin and death. Dear fellow believers of Christ. This verse tells us, there is a Law of God that has set us free from the law of sin and death. What is this law all about? In the preceding chapter (7), Apostle Paul mentioned this law. 21 So I find this law at work: Although I want to do good, evil is right there with me. 22 For in my inner being I delight in God’s law; 23 but I see another law at work in me, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within me. 24 What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body that is subject to death? We are all familiar with this verse. "For I do not do the good I want to do, but the evil I do not want to do—this I keep on doing." God has promise His Holy Spirit has it's Law that has set us free from the law of sin and death. It is not just talking about mortal death but the power of sin as well. Hence.... now under God's Law of Life through His Holy Spirit, we can do the good we want to do and not do the evil we do not want to. This Law is from God. This only works when you as Christian puts yourself under God's Grace and not God's Law of O.T. Because there may be new readers who are not familiar with my devotion. By putting ourselves not under OT Law does not mean we go and sin as we like. It means we don't put ourselves under God's Law to be justified by or to look towards to be saved. You cannot receive grace, answered prayers or healing, etc if you are receiving guilt and condemnation. Guilt and Condemnation cannot be in 2 places. Either it was on Jesus who died for you on the cross or it's on you. You need to declare, confess and believe, that Christ has indeed removed every iota of your sin, guilt and condemnation. Revelation 21 (NIV)

God the Father himself loves you
John 16:27 (NIV) - No, the Father himself loves you because you have loved me and have believed that I came from God. The world still have this idea, that God is out get people for their sins and that Jesus is the kind one who redeems. No. It was God the Father who sent his son to die for your sins, so that you may live! Think about it. Which father in this world alone would allow his son to die for others sake that they may live? God's word can be trusted
Matthew 24:35 (NIV) - Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away. What this verse is saying is that, nothing in creation will be here forever, they will pass away. The current world will be destroyed. Yet God's Word remains and does not pass away. What does that even mean? It means that you can put your confidence and trust in the word of God forever. Whatever God says is truth that cannot be denied. God Bless. |

Romans 8:28 (NIV) - And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
If you do not feel that God is watching over your affairs, do not worry. Our feelings are at times human emotions. It comes and go, up and down. This is why we live by faith and not by feelings. If God has said He works all things in the believers life for the good, then that is what it is in reality. You can put your trust in what God say. IN all things of your life, God works out good from it. What is important is that you stay by God's side, don't wonder far from it. Looking away from Law to Christ.
Romans 3:20 (NIV) - Therefore no one will be declared righteous in God’s sight by the works of the law; rather, through the law we become conscious of our sin. Acts 13:38-39 (NIV) - Therefore, my friends, I want you to know that through Jesus the forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you. Through him everyone who believes is set free from every sin, a justification you were not able to obtain under the law of Moses. How are you friends? It's been almost a year, I've taken a break but I'm convicted this ministry must go on for the sake of God's beloved, all you believers of Christ Jesus. Feeding on the word of God can mean the difference of life and death, you'll die spiritually without feeding. And the opposite is true, you will flourish with life when you read and feed God's word daily. This has been promised by God in proverbs 4:22. What does Romans 3 verse 20 is trying to tell us? God's Law (10 commandments) cannot make anyone righteous. We need righteousness for without, we cannot come near to God, we will feel unworthy. God makes us (credit to us) righteous when we put our Faith in his only begotten Son Christ Jesus of Nazareth who has ascended to the Right Hand of God the Father in heaven. It is a gift, in lay language..a present given by grace. Read Acts 13: 38-39. You are righteous by Faith, friends. If you are in a place of darkness but you have put your trust in God, simply come to Him, confessing by faith, thank God for the cross that your sins have been judged! You must believe this is true. I'm here to help believers who has the problem of sinning. No I'm not trying to give the impression it's alright to sin. I'm here to let you know, your deeds or works to God's Law cannot make you righteous. Your action of sinning or your action of obedience to God cannot make you righteous. You need to break away from that error. If you've been trying yet failed time and time again, understand Romans 3:20, what it says there. The reason for God's Law is to reveal sin, nothing more, nothing less. Digest Romans 3:20 slowly. Believe Acts 13: 38-39, meditate on it. Pray about it. I believe you can be set free when you put your whole trust in this verse. God Bless everyone reading this. |
