even order close still can ask for dispute.
i bought huawei band 3 pro, use for 1 month and died off, seller refuse to response abt warranty, so contact shopee proof of product damage and shopee refund me cause product page show 6 month warranty.

Prefered seller mean they give higher % money to the platforms je la u think those platform vet them meh, any one can jadi preferred if u willing to pay.

no i mean the original one that you're using. interested to buy one if battery can last long enough

Preferred seller only mean the seller hit 90 sales a month.
You need to report them for selling imitation with prove for Shopee to take action on their preferred seller tag.

And I agree there are many idiot buyer that just go for the cheapest price and simply rate the product.

There are criteria to follow:
Mininum 70 orders per month.
More than 90% chat response
Lower than 2% dispute.
Etc

anything below manufacturer's RRP is likely fake, rejects/defective batches from the factory which sumhow made it onto the open market or stolen stuff

problem is no official store is selling xiaomi airdots or redmi airdots. they are all imported by 3rd party or sold direct from PRC third party.

But need shopee guarantee at first term.

If random seller say real not shopee then no luck for 200% thing.

Lazada just as bad ler. So many time money sangkut with seller who didn't ship order. In the end have to spam lazada Cs for more than one week after the 2 week delivery window for cancellation and refund, and then they put in stupid wallet that cannot withdraw. Now must spam for another week to ask them to close the wallet to get back the money. Only good thing about shoppee is that money isn't released first, so straight can get refund if similar case and item didn't arrive/or they sent u cheap thumbdrive instead.

Got this for free as company dinner gift. My son gigit hancur. Lol.
