Hey There Guys,
Need your suggestions regarding the LHDN Borang TP3.
I just go a job with Company B. I have received this TP3 form from them requesting me to fill up.
When I was with Company A, I only had PCB deduction twice a year (bonus month) as my salary was low. Now when Company B asked me I actually edited my payslip and stated as if it was high so that i could get a better package with Company B.
Since im already joining Company B, I'm afraid that they will check back my old payslip and see the difference between the payslip i submitted and the TP3 form that I gave.
Is there any possibilities of the C&B Team to discuss with the hiring Manager/Recruiter/Talent Acquisition team to find out? or they just simply key in and let the process run smoothly?
PLEASE HELP GUYS!!! I KNOW I DID A MISTAKE BUT I DON'T WANNA GET CAUGHT!! VERY HARD TO GET JOB NOWADAYS LIAOOOO!!

You mean you lie or provide fake payslip to your new employer?
No other choice other than you come clean with your employer, and hope they accept it rather than dismiss you without any compensation

Ts, actually u should also fear the taxman, not just ur current employer finding out! Just sharing... When our co’s pcb just got audited by lhdn, TP3 is included. Meaning pcb fr former employer, current employer n taxes paid by an employee must tie nicely. If not, lhdn korek until u pengsan. Usually employee kena.* (Employers hv no reason to lie. All figures must tie back to co audited accounts.) *P/S: Sadly, many candidates who came for interview inflated their past salary, some even edited their own payslips. Per request our co also provide lhdn with employee’s payslips, spouse, children, bank details etc, I bet former employers also are required to do so if audited. So, try not to lie. Want higher salary, just minta and justify nicely, no need to cheat.

For example, in actual i get 4K but the one i submitted to the new company i edited to 5K

In the TP3 form i would state the actual amount received and paid. I just worry the new company C7B will not korek the payslips to see if it matches with the actual TP3 form.

But my question now it that the payslip that i gave the new company to generate my new pay is already been approved. Now, im about to state the actual true amount in the TP3 Form so that i tak kena kantoi. But what i am afraid is that, the new company's C&B. Will they check if the payslip that i submit to generate the new pay and the TP3 form matching or not. If not then i escape lo, if they check then i KANTOI GG lo.

Hmmm, in ur case, yr tp3 pcb < pcb 4 d amt u faked. Usually a new employer would require that u clear any o/s tax with lhdn 1st b4 paying u. So, let’s hope your HR is lax, all depts x coordinate, x talk 2 each other, close both eyes pay. Pray for that.

Guys just want to check with you as well regarding the TP3 that i am supposed to fill up for the new company. For the C1 section : Jumlah saraan kasar bulanan dan saraan tambahan termasuk elaun/perkuisit/ pemberian/manfaat yang dikenakan cukai I am supposed to fill up the annual salary amount + bonus - i am using the EA form for Y2019 as reference, but December onwards i had a 10% increment - so should i use the latest salary amount or refer to EA form for tax filing for my new company? The request was to fill up using the latest payslip though. For tax gurus! Thanks
