What happens if we try to beat a police roadblock, because of expired licence or road tax?

Don't waste your 'life' because of expired license. Kena saman only.
Some motorcyclists u-turn seeing the roadblock up ahead but sometimes police already hiding 50 meters from the roadblock and will stop you. I have seen police throw traffic cones at the speeding motor - if lucky can avoid and run, if unlucky then motor damaged and get injury. Not worth it, unless you want to rempit your life away. |

When you beat the police roadblock, you will be a registered criminal with 2345 offense under your name and a few parangs/handguns/assault rifle will be in your stolen car.
Oh and ofcourse you will be dead (deservedly so apparently) |

No matter what, you are still not allowed to drive the car regardless of paid already or not. You need to have the road tax on your windshield. Last month got JPJ roadblock, one rempit tried to escape and crash on the officer, wow, pity the officer, he still hold on to the rempit and both fell down. The officer wanted to hit him with the red flag but didn't as many ppl witnessing it. Later become brutality instead. So pity the officer also. Doing his job and kena injured.
If I'm the officer already flying kick that rempit. |

I don't think i saw police fire at rempit doing u turn before road block. They do throw cones & sticks though.

in my kampung. very rare to have roadblock. if there is roadblock, there will be rifleman with M16 hiding beside the big tree.

My Indon contractor told me he don't have licence.
I guess his motor don't have road tax as well. If he see roadblock he has to avoid it. Maybe as a foreign worker, he cannot get licence? |

Story from a long time ago, my mum was stopped at a roadblock cause she didn't stop at a pedestrian crossing. A motorycle behind us caused an accident when it tried to run away. The cop then let my mum off with a warning then run off to help in the accident.
So please try to run from a roadblock, you may end up in jail, but you would've have helped the rest of us that only did minor infractions. |

I langgar roadblock twice. Once when racing with friends, police set roadblock right at the corner, unable to stop in time so just ram thru, luckily they didn't come after us. Second time at a dark straight stretch, can't see them cos no blue lights, thought they're construction workers. only realised it's a roadblock after they shouted at me. U-turn, apologize, and they let me go 🤭
