Some motorcyclists u-turn seeing the roadblock up ahead but sometimes police already hiding 50 meters from the roadblock and will stop you. I have seen police throw traffic cones at the speeding motor - if lucky can avoid and run, if unlucky then motor damaged and get injury. Not worth it, unless you want to rempit your life away.
