hmm, already tested,
it wont overheating,
tested with my bare hand,
the temp of the PSU and HDD almost the same,
so, wont be problem of overheating,
and I face up the psu fan,
so, it still can suck in air to cool the PSU...

I bought a Creative HN-505 headphone
http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,1759,1930596,00.asp

Very nice, the environment noise reduction works well. Imaging your head set provide a so-called "Vacum" sound theater. Fui yo.........but the cons is the batt!! hehe you need a AAA batt to enbale the "noise cancellation". Anyway a rechargable AAA batt can last for 1 Month with almost everynight watch movies and play games.

My personal concern

PSU is a source of electromagnetic radiation and electrostatic and most damaging to the hdd (either physically or content).
IMHO its not a good practice.

Still, my PC (Dell - http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/534327, the hdd bay is just under the PSU and not in the front or near the base.

It's fine actually.

The neo magnet inside the HDD case is enough for most polarization, and the EM waves radiated from a PSU are of high frequencies and high order harmonics. Nothing really to get jumpy over.

2nd is that the PSU doesn't ionize any air going through it. Any ionization would indicate flawed grounding and hi-pot failure.
