1. How many weeks pregnant? Less than 3 month (lebih 6 bulan qamariah), you still can get married (if both agree) and your newborn will not be subject under section 13 of birth registration. Meaning can nasab under father's name.
2. If it already more and 3 months (kurang 6 bulan qamariah), still can get married and register under section 13 of which the newborn will have to take either one of 99 Allah's name as nasab.
3. If do not want to marry, JPN will normally ask to register under single parent. Actually according to court ruling you both can register the baby without marriage certificate but the baby will still take one of Allah's name as nasab.
3. You can register as single parent, without father info.
4. If the child is born out of wedlock outside Malaysia to a Malaysian woman with a foreign man, the baby will not be given automatic Malaysian citizenship. No provision of law for that.
5. If you get married outside Malaysia and child is born outside Malaysia, your child can become a Malaysian if you want to. Good thing is, your newborn name is not bound by Malaysian ruling, meaning if you put your baby name as Ali Jung Kook (say if you are to get married and give birth in Korea). When you register back your baby name in Malaysia, JPN will not issue a new birth certificate. They will use Korean birth cert of your baby and, they will issue your baby a Borang W which is basically a confirmation of the child status as Malaysian citizen. That can be done anytime before you child reach 18 years old.
