even the autogates sometimes not working properly, but i think he's talking about the videos popping up about the long queues at immigration international arrival. so many foreign tourists queue up until 2-3 hours, even the cabin crews & pilots form diff airlines..what is the immigration dept, mahb, and mavcom even doing??

last time tony said that mahb will clear duty free shops at the immigration areas to create more space and install more immigration counter. YM Azmi the mahb ceo said the same thing. that was few months back. until now also no news diuu
