Immigration congestion at klia2 is very teruk. Malaysia Airport mismanagement? Klia2 poor design. Malaysia Airport inaction to improve situation. Has been going on for months. Feeling so wtf!!! Everytime hv yo que for 2 hrs at least. Wth

even the autogates sometimes not working properly, but i think he's talking about the videos popping up about the long queues at immigration international arrival. so many foreign tourists queue up until 2-3 hours, even the cabin crews & pilots form diff airlines..what is the immigration dept, mahb, and mavcom even doing??
