no need to be so gung ho about the price drop. How much is the PS3 in Malaysia now, RM1500? That is roughly USD420. Even if the drop the PS3 price to USD499, we are still paying way lower. And with region free games and same region Blu-Ray movies, i dont see why you would want to spend more on the American unit.

as far as i know its still at 1.85k.. tot managed to get it cheaper cause of some networking. but public prices in the market is 1.8k atleast. pls dont spoil the market if u dont even know the price outside

The PS3 price in US is USD499 which means it retails around RM1.6K but Sony itself hasn't made an official statement abt that matter so we'll have to wait for the official announcement from them.
