Hard selling wellness city..can see the hospital components not more than 30%… the rest are residential components… just suspect using medical factors to jack up the price..Sunway medical almost 20 years to achieve size right now… Sime Darby planning to sell off their hospitals … so… how many percentage this wellness city will be success?

wording "Wellness" very subjective... why dont they direct use hospital, medical specialist or so on...

wellness also will mean rumah orang tua, rumah jagaan orang kurang upaya, rumah sakit mental...etc...

really fishy... never heard ministry of health endorsed this project...no backing from government policy ...how to attract foreign patients come here to receive medical care?

our malaysia government hospital actually very good... like hospital serdang, selayang, UM, USM, UKM and IJN....staying nearby these hospital no need to pay 1000psf...

i got units part of Sunway township - Sunway Medical Center and Sunway Velocity Medical Center.... never got one doctor or patient family member come to knock my door asking to rent....

Only kids will complaining price is high and yelling here and there… is open market … willing buy willing sell… if feel expensive just walk away… only time will tell you make a good decision for buy and not buy… no one can 100% tell you those place is sought after in future or the price will hit 1000psf or drop 50%… just make your own decision .. no one can force you my dear

Maybe someone bought at Jalan Ampang there (eg M City) which so near to KLCC but the price drop about half when in subsale market … until now he still dunno wat happened and puzzling why people buy in Bkt Jalil instead of Jalan Ampang … haha

if want serenity just stay in Bandar Kinrara... got golf course, reserved forest... if want vibrant life...just stay at BJ... both location so near with each others... buy at both area...can switching each time
