The walkway will just follow the side of the road.
Build some small pavement walkway with roof.
Heavy rain will be wet also brows.gif

Don't expect like the more comfortable one like in Sunway Pyramid area.

Coz of the space constraint of the road space leading to LRT.
Best option will like this one near the condo beside Aurora and Pavilion Bukit Jalil.

This area is lacking the space to do this type.

My friend just shared to me last Friday, there are actually Chinese cemetery facing the showroom entrance.
Behind those high lalang grasses there.

If you buy 7-10 years ago in Bukit Jalil at cheaper rate may be can appreciate to an acceptable rate.
Latest 5 years old property still not appreciating very well due to Covid
The condo that you mentioned, doesn't increase much either.

Agent say many placed cheque, may be those are for own stay.
For investment, this project difficult and need bleed a lot on monthly basis.
To fetch a RM3,000 rent probably you need dump RM30-50K reno cost in.
How long you can break even?

Night time drive is a breeze there, quiet.
Walking home from LRT at night might be scary a bit.

There is also cause by the PPR there.
Cannot blame them, PPR no provide enough car park.
Most unit there also own at least one car.
Morning parents driving to Lai Meng school also headache with the PPR and condo there all park their car at roadside.
Blocked one lane.
DBKL also tutup mata only.
In front PPR also full of hawker stall. Not sure got business licence or not. thumbup.gif

There will be other new option in the future within own self budget range.
When you got slight doubt or hesitation on buying, that's already a sign for you on not buying.
Buy with confidence when anyone is ready.

Actually balloting is to select your unit no of your choice, first come first serve I guess.
Place cheque don't have any sequence of your Q number to select the unit level and floor.

Got la once in a while can see police traffic or DBKL come issue saman from Pavillion, The Park till Lai Meng school there.
Everyday people also park on road side only. Block the whole lane. Selfish.

Unless you got rare project like Pinnacle Sri Petaling. Smack right inside the Sri Petaling commercial area.

8+2% means they discount 8%.
Balance 2% deposit still need to pay when sign the SPA.
It will refund to you when the construction reach say 2A stage as per the agreement.
Best to check with agent.
Sunway and other established developer won't give 10% discount straight on the spot one.
Even those who gave, the SPA price also increase to cover the 10%, else how to get bridging loan from bank for the construction.

Last Saturday I followed my friend go make booking, the sticker almost cover 70% of Block A. Lower level all gone.
Surprise 1500 sq ft one also people sapu like vegetable only.
Get free makan also but nothing fancy la the buffet, cut cost. Hehe
