That side of bukit jalil, accessibility not as good as the opposite side.
Aster Hill by UOA pricing is lower, close to Sri Petaling, also not too far from Bukit Jalil

Belfield give kitchen cabinet similar as their showroom? Bottom+wall unit?
750psf really consider high, as rosewoodz selling not higher then 700psf with partially furnitured.

Surrounding still OK.
Depend on price and what package they will offer.
So far, only know unit come with air-conditioning, glass door for bathroom, water heater. For kitchen, cabinet yet confirm.
Other project also give better package with cheaper price.

Jalan Jalil Perkasa, always jam. Especially at awam besar junction. If stadium got big event like football match, also exit from highway to bukit Jalil already start jam.

Yes. Cannot compare, since material Sunway provide better one, like full tile bathroom, large tile flooring, 5stars air-conditioning, full enclosed glass door for bathroom.
Aster Hill 1077sqft all facing highway 😅
Aster Hill 1043sqft vs sunway flora 1055sqft, really cannot fight 😅 design also material.
