Agree, it was my number #1 decision maker; having a reputable developer that can deliver and also support for a long run. Seen too many horror stories around and don't want to take the risk.

Was looking around Bukit Jalil/Sri Petaling area only; I considered subsale units first but the amount of rebate I got from Flora was a lot, which almost equals to the price I get from subsales in the same area. Also considered newer places at the surrounding area like Ren Residence, Paraiso, Kingswoodz, Ayanna, Aurum but ultimately Sunway being the developer was the main attraction for me.

Harve price all the while price real dirt cheap lo...thanks to the pylon hahaha
