Yea I don’t know why people don’t compare 2 different projects in the same area citing one is for own stay and the other investment. It’s a home and it’s meant to operate the same. For investment, you need to be aware of all competition like it or not.

What’s the current building progress? Have not been there since the soft launch of Tower B.

The low-cost flat area is a bit of walking distance away from this property, so there shouldn't be any issues that need to be addressed. However, the walking experience towards the LRT station might not be ideal for some people and is not disabled-friendly, just want to highlight this.

The issue of illegal parking near the low-cost flat area and the Muhibbah LRT station has not been addressed yet, causing traffic congestion from the property to the Muhibbah LRT station.

I do prefer walking to the LRT station but I don't think DBKL will be doing anything upgrades on the pedestrian infrastructure, or resolving the current situation on illegal parking.

Not that I know of. Brochure also not stated. Could be on another piece of land not under Flora.

The former gallery is where the second Tower is built and the shop lots are part of that Tower. The gallery would have been demolished and some show house units will most probably be displayed above the facilities floor.

Hopefully the sound proofing of the master bedroom main wall is OK.
The other side of master bedroom main wall is the neighbour's living room.
I don't want to be disturbing my neighbour's sleep when I'm having family gathering/party or playing mahjong 

If the project proceeds, Tower B balcony will no longer enjoy some PJ view. Anyway, it will replace with "beautified" pond view !

There will be always more and more high rise pile up towards kl city center

Especially here is the borderline of kl, you cant have high expectation on 'kl unblock view' , anyway flora phase 2 might already block partial of it

Hearsays from sales gallery, Tower A sold 90%, Tower B sold ~65% !! Is this consider good response or exceeded expectation?!

Initially wanted to buy this property but changed my mind after visiting the site itself

same here... the location is just not that good for me. and not many ppl mention about the big water tank next to sunway flora.

Yeah, for most ppl this location might not be ideal to them with all the light factories,PPR and jam but as for myself since i live nearby and almost accessing the PPR road everyday so i don't see any disadvantages in it...coz use to it already. That is one of the consideration before i choose this project over other nearby one. In terms of developer and all those facilities this one wins miles ahead.

Yeah, book already. waiting loan approval. Since my elder daughter studying nearby and follow by my youngest daughter... so i will be in the area for the next 9 years.

didnt buy in the end... location just not right for me. but still like the layout though.
