There’s rumours that Apple is reserving 2GB RAM just for the camera. System = 4GB. Camera = 2GB.
That’s why they’re able to do multiple 4K streams and HDR, multicapture. iPhone 11 is really a powerhouse.

Android OEMs is just jamming more battery and RAM to offset the lack of optimisation they do. So bottom line it really doesn’t matter.

Agreed. To me especially after designing control system code where scan times and speed are paramount, it isn't spec that's the bottom line, but the compactness, the efficiency and the reliability of code execution as a package.

No point in having a giant DCS server with 64gb of RAM running for dear life when I can achieve the same with some function blocks and 700 lines of ladder logic. Probably can do better if I could code in Assembly worth a damn, but ayam shit at it
