In myvi I can pay the loan 7 years.
If Yaris 9 years.

Monthly payment to a car would be RM600 after paying DP.

Is 9years loan for a car dumb?

the quicker you pay your loan the better. Just so you know in other countries from australia to US, even EU, car loans are usually 3-5 cars unless you splurge on luxury. For what we pay for 10 years here for honda/toyota, they pay 3 years.

Just thought you might want to know economic performance. So pick one thats best for your use. The axia is great if always driving in the city and dont need space. That small engine wont use much fuel as you spend most of the time stopped or continousesly accelerating/decelerating, but the honda jazz hybrid is king here though that costs much more but for pure city driving, the honda jazz hybrid pays itself in both fuel and maintenance. So gotta see other factors.

Hello,

I am looking to buy my first car.

I will need a hatchback. Don't need the spaces that sedan can provide. And I think I can drive it for 10yrs+.

I'm quite interested in Toyota Yaris. Like the appearance and it's Toyota.
But it's quite pricey. E spec at around 75K.

Then there is myvi. Cheap but I sit in many myvi before. Feels cheap, audio no good, etc.

Hmmm... Please advise me smile.gif

Surely Toyota is one of the most reliable brand to go for, if budget allows.
Myvi is also a reliable and dependable car.

My vote goes for Yaris. Is it good? Depends on which car u owned b4. If coming from Perodua, definitely an upgrade.

I dont get why people like to recommend sedan over hb. Not everyone needs a large boot space.

Some people just prefer a good hb to drive and its easier to drive and park in KV

When you buy something that's already cheap, you wouldn't look into resale value. After all, it won't be so much different from myvi.
