I've also seen many projects, landed houses, condos, apartments, etc., located right next door to the htc, but haven't seen a single comment here from people living there.

But I agree with the rest that even when the average health expert all the way to the UN couldn't find any ill-effects of staying near one, the sentiment against it will still linger for a long time. Same goes for cemeteries.
