How much is not affordable?

Today I got quote for install new aircon in house, RM1.4k for 1HP and RM2.4k for 2HP.

What's the next alternative?

midea is value brand. don't expect too much. I doubt even the technician can support much. You can expect 'value' skills from him. Just change to another new midea unit. still cheaper option than buying overpriced brands with warranty.

If I use daikin the bill will be over Rm20k

I use Midea and brought it from lazada total only RM15-16k only

The only first class warranty service that I have received is Canon Malaysia..but it way back in 2007..

Try Panasonic Inverter
I like it very much but expensive

Huawei Malaysia , Samsung , Mac City also provide excellent

But some of them is my problem cannot blame them

yup same here. registered my midea washer for warranty online-since their line busy all day🙄. havent receive any feedback since.

Too bad that I didn't search in lowyat before buying Midea brand.

They don't bother to reply my email for service request. Whatsapp didn't reply. Web site live chat no reply at all after 1 hour of waiting.

Regretted to buy their appliances.

If they didn't reply, then consumers will give up to claim warranty and they will save the money

Well, better than Daikin.

Everytime call them come and want money to the repairs

My Daikin repair cost already same as a new Midea Inverter Aircond.

still within warranty

cant let them "take my right" to claim

maybe submit complaint to tribunal?

then I will avoid these two brands from now.

this place not china, dont expect much. no repercussion so no one care.
i buy 10k+ thing from other company also took 4 months to resolve.
