Maxis Maxis Zero Down Fibre

I have subscribe to Maxis Zero Down Fibre on March 2019. At first week the network was fine, then the next work maxis router start to having problem. It always hang and required restart, i have been contacting Maxpert coming to troubleshoot, after 2 times of checking the said maybe my router broken down, they change a new unit to me, but still always hang, then they change again. So far router was ok, but now my TM modem PON light always blinking, i have to restart the modem, sometime even need to unplug the fibre optic cable from the TM modem then plug back again, restart modem, then issue solved.
I have record down a video to show the problem to Maxpert, they have come together with TM technician to change my TM modem. They install a new modem to me, then guess what, today the NEW TM MODEM PON LIGHT BLINKING AGAIN.
Anyone experience similar problem before? Appreciate if anyone can advise me what to do with this problem.

contact CS to try reset the port. if problem still persist, ask CS to send technician to replace the fibre cable.

Also report to MCMC so that they will take it serious to resolve the issue. Maybe the connecter to TM modem is dirty?

why you don't take UNIFI
see trouble Maxis Zero Down Fibre almost problem and always unstable
waste time
if you take unifi wont get trouble so fair
i using unifi installed since 30may2019
still no problem TM Modem fiber PON Light stable PON LIGHT Blinking most take 30sec or 1min to get stable no more blinking

I came from unifi (used around 8years) where i never had issue. 99% stable.
Last year Nov 2018 i switched to maxis fibre.. the connection befome unstable. Require restarts from time to time and my dect phone stop working. Regret switching to maxis .. wanted to save $$$ due to unlimited quota.

did you call Maxis tech to come
The Maxis tech can be able check your fiber signal RX level power level so can know if there is issue on the fiber .or the modem
PON light blinking is you have a problem on the fiber . may be fiber degrade , or bad connection .. something on the fiber line .
best to always get unifi . as the issues between maxis / unifi will never be solve . if you can not live with more than 24 hours internet down then go unifi .
