did you call Maxis tech to come
The Maxis tech can be able check your fiber signal RX level power level so can know if there is issue on the fiber .or the modem
PON light blinking is you have a problem on the fiber . may be fiber degrade , or bad connection .. something on the fiber line .
best to always get unifi . as the issues between maxis / unifi will never be solve .
if you can not live with more than 24 hours internet down then go unifi .
