i think actually what kind of watch with contact to hard surface like wall/door..can cause scratches..regardless of the casing or glass..

Bought AW5 SS version at Apple Store SG, paired with iPhone 11 pro max MY set with MY apple id (but with M1 prepaid tourist sim card), manage to get ecg working. Apple store salesgirl even assured me it will continue working back home in KL.
