If repair needed, you can make the request through apple online support/official page to arrange an appointment with Apple Store. Service-wise, you got the original spare, and the time needed for queuing and waiting is notified to you via text. So you don't have to waste time waiting.
When you make a new purchase in the Apple Store, any defect/dissatisfaction in a newly opened product, you can continuously ask for a replacement until you are satisfied.
Apple store nowadays no longer just a place for sales and repair, but transforming into social and education spaces. You can see this in newly-opened or refurbished store.
