Still thinking whether to upgrade my missus's 6s to 11 or switch over to Android Any good offers seen? My household has iPhones and Android phones plus iPad and Android tablets as well. I think some of your bad experiences with Android especially the older phones is valid, but the Android ecosystem has come a long way now. I would say there is a much lesser difference upon switching to either platform nowadays. As for upgrades, yes, Apple supports the older devices, but it doesn't mean it runs smoothly. IOS used to be silky smooth but stutters noticeably on older gens nowadays. So yeah, in the end it's just a preference on which ecosystem you prefer and your daily case usage.

QUOTE(malaysiaboleh2020 @ Sep 18 2019, 01:54 PM) same like my family, parents using note 9 and s 8 both are them android user for years but never complain. I guess the young generation are too picky. hahah Too focused on the branding rather than the usage. I don't agree with calling names for both sides like some posters here, to each their own. As long as you're happy with your phone (and it's just a ...phone), why so sensitive? I like/dislike some things that Apple does and I like/dislike some things that Android phones do, doesn't mean Apple/Android is the greatest ever... Looking forward to seeing the iPhones in real life next weekend. So can compare to the Note 10 before deciding.
