I think your note 10 plus battery life is probably longer than ip11 screen on time wise.

switchhing to iphone soon.. now using android.. dunno if i will miss some of the apps..

like youtube vanced for ads free youtube videos.. 3rd party instagram app that lets you download photos.. dual app features..

does ios have 3rd party IG app that can download the photos?
*
You can try those china app store like that allows to install ipa

Youtube vance = Youtube++ (for ios)
There's also instagram++

I no longer use it anyway since I subscribed to family plan for youtube premium

You're definitely gonna miss the dual app features

I still keep my android as 2nd phone cause there are just some task that android does better

Hi guys, so I'm trying to restore backup from my xr (13.3.1 beta)
And I'm getting an error on itunes since it needs my iphone 11 (13.3) to be on latest firmware.

Should I get ip11 signed to beta or just downgrade the XR?

Yes, you are correct. Once you go with One Prime, your principal line and supplementary lines all get unlimited data, only difference is how many supplementary lines you can have and the discount for device price, i.e. higher plan = higher subsidy for devices.

I'm on Maxis One Prime with the 128 plan - bought my iPhone 11 Pro Max 256GB from them for RM4533.

Do you save more buying the iphone 11 from maxis one prime plan?

Nope. Only benefit of the One Prime is you can choose the lowest tier plan (98) and still get unlimited data. Phone price depends on the mobile plan you choose, i.e. 98, 128, 158 or 188.
*
I see, will consider for this plan when next iphone release

Ya, your primary line has to start with 98 but you can have one supplementary line for 48. So if you have a significant other or sibling to share two lines for RM146 with both having unlimited data, then it's not a bad deal.

T&C did mention if video streaming exceeds 300gb (combined bandwidth of main line & sub) they will start throttle the video quality streaming speed.
Have you exceeded that limit yet and see any poor streaming quality?

Why do i feel regret and disgust after buying the 11 128gb lol

Have never paid so much for a phone before.

Side note: nice phone. Smooth. Camera better than expected. I hate the photo album. Coming from android... this is so messy...

Poorfag here.
*
Yeah, the photo album is messy, everything just clumped together makes it hard to find the photos you snapped.
But the smoothness is undeniable laugh.gif

It will take you some time to get used to IOS
I am mainly an Android user (note10+ , mate 20X) and the ip11 is just a secondary phone. Bought ip just solely to keep up with it's development. Till today "die die" also I am unable to accept the ip as main phone. I had used all the ip series except for 5s, 11 max, 11pro, XS
*
I do agree with you, there's a lot more stuff more you can do on android but gotta have iphone for that smooth experience.
For me I just have both now, with iphone as primary device, and android for downloading movies/torrent/nzb/backup sync etc
With multisim maxis makes it easier without having to subscribe another plan/prepaid

How long you have used your iPhone 11?

Since last month, charging at <20% has always been my go to method. I’m gonna try changing my habits now
The health is still at 100% btw

So it’s been 3 months+ and seems like battery health at 98%

My charging habit is now mostly using fast charger and just slight above 20% everytime

Just wondering how do you guys charge your phones to maintain the battery health

Also, is optimised battery charging option a must? Seems what it does is just halts the charging once reach 80%

I’ve mine for close to 6 months still remain 100%
What I did, charge overnight and use during the day
Before battery percentage drop below 20% charge it
*
Do you enable also optimised battery charging option?
Are you using 11 pro?

Anyone using google photos to automatically backup your pics?
I’ve already turned background refresh on for google photos but i still need to manually open the app for sync to start.
Sometimes when synching a bunch of photos, i noticed the app is suspended after a while in the background and i still have to open it up again.

Guys, anyone using fast charging get some issues?
Like the touch screen going a bit crazy during charging
I bought some 3rd party PD charger (comes with multiple type c & qc port) and have that issue.

But with Ugreen charger, no issues during charging.
Could it be MFI certified thing?
Any other brand like Ugreen also can recommend that doesn't have odd issues during fast charge?

from my personal experience, i was using Ugreen charger at starting stage for 4 months then my phone tend to heats up a lot to the extent it jus freezes and give me warning phone too hot twice and i cant even use the phone until i cool it down.....then did some research so decided to get the original fast charge 18W charge worth around RM149 and so far it doesnt heats up much and still working smooth, i guess something to do with the heat dissipation efficiency of the original charger.... some may deny it but i feel Ugreen is jus another typical fast charge like those OEM ones that can harm ur phone battery in long time but if u mind the price then jus stick to it smile.gif

Charged my wife's iPhone 11 Pro Max with Apple's 18W USB C charger (from my iPad Pro) and touch screen is fine. But I think the better practice is not to use the phone during charging smile.gif
*
Does your phone usually stop charging once reach 80%?
I do notice this happens when temperature gets a bit high.
I only notice this at home, but at office charging got aircon so this doesn’t happen 😅

I switch to using ugreen cable only during charging with any 3rd party charger and it seems like the touch screen doesn’t go haywire anymore. Must’ve been the cables I’m using
