Becareful on T&L sets. My previous XS Max from them was a China Unicom unit, rather than China Mobile (HK) unit. The LTE bands are different. Hence I was having drop data  issues when 2 sims are activated. Had to send to Apple Malaysia for a warranty, and I was being replaced to a Malaysian unit after that.

My experience, call in to Apple support and log in a reference number before walking in. I must say, the Apple support is really TOP NOTCH. You pay for the service too.

That's really annoys me because I don't want insurance. In the end I walk away. Is it necessary to buy insurance ? Anyone here buy insurance ?

From my first gen iPhone till iPhone 6+, I never buy any insurance. The heck, I did not even buy screen protector & phone cover for my earlier iPhones.

Hi guys, my wife was charging her iPhone 11 yesterday and it became very hot. The temperature warning appeared and she let it cooled down after that.

Over the night, the battery drained very quickly (did not charge overnight) and became flat in the morning.

Now the phone won't charge and won't turn on at all, even after hard reset. Tried different chargers, cables and powerbanks and all didn't work.

Any idea what happened? Battery issue? What's the procedure to bring to service centre? Thanks guys.

She's using Spigen Ultra Hybrid. Not the best case when comes to heat insulation
