What u mean is it something like.
Ex: Bank A offer 1-3 yrs 2%, other BLR + 0.25 I take this package. THen in the 3rd, got Bank B offer: Bank B 1-3 yrs 2%, others BLR + 0.25. Then i refinance again to Bank B. Another 3 yrs, Bank C offer: Bank C 1-3 yrs 2%, others BLR + 0.25 then the list go on.....meaning i'm paying only 2% for the interest so the rest of the loan. Like this can meh?? Those banks accept this?? will they charged alot for refinancing? PS: Which bank is better now?? loan below 100k |
