i share ur confusion... i myself is buying a property too... but don't really know which financial institute to go for loan... i was think to take ING loan package because the rate is fixed at 5.99% for the whole tenure.
may i ask how much would it cost for the lawyer fee for the loan if the amount is around RM150k? anyone know? |
