It's a leasehold project but the remaining lease is only left 77 years.
I'm not sure if AK will apply for additional lease for the balance 22 years during the transfer of state title to home owners. Any ideas on tis |

Well done ak, they continue to prove that a correct pricing will definitely leads to a better sale. Time for those “big boys” developer to launch their future projects with reasonable price. for the past 5 years developer has been launching property with absurd price..
