Received letter from developer expected VP target July to Dec 22. Seems the common facilities still far from ready and they keep silent on CCC. Anyone plan to engage lawyer , pls pm. rosetaz68 liked this post

The splash park sales reps told me they are delivering vacant possesion of the unit progresssively. Now up to level 17. Any of you receive the vacant possesion already? Not sure how the actual site readiness looks like as the pboto in their website also dated oct22...
