I'm one of splash park's buyer, their completion date was May 2019 and already due need to start compensation.
However the sales reprensentative told me they can compensate only after completion so can calculate in total how many day total to compensate. Is this normal?

Also is there any owner here we can create a whatsapp group to share information each other.

Thanks, attached is contract of compensation.
I have spoke to developer and they refused to compensate until completion, then only calculate total delay for compensation.

May I know what should I do next to request for compensation? E.g. find a lawyer to send demand letter?
Sorry this is my first time encountered such situation and hope to enlighten and guide me.

Latest info I get it from developer is , their completion will be only next year. We all was waiting from 2014 but they just come out only 1 building without water park and etc.

I am one of the Splash Park Port Dickson buyers.

Any idea what is going on and what is the latest update?

One of my friend experiencing this issue as well. From what i head this project abit dodgy. You better double and triple check and follow up.

what is the % of completion ?

my previous experience is with Talam group for a apt in puncak jalil back in 2002. subsequently project abandoned and took over by IJM for completion in somewhere 2009 or 2010. i had to agreed to sign a letter to let go all LAD in order for new contractor to complete the house. no choice....
but i dont know what happen to those not agree waiver of the LAD

Those not consent will have the SPA cancel without any compensation on ground they failed to agree to new T&C, I experienced the same from other project also part of Talam stable.
