Can. High cadence but sustainable or not, that’s highly dependent on the cyclist him/herself
*
Talking about cadence, I just installed a cadence sensor last night and gave it a run. Found my comfy cadence at 40+ while maxed out at 70.

I wonder how ppl can maintain 90.

I remember one of my gang, wear tights.
Then he got a stiffy.  Damn hard.
*
How lah?

dont say stiffy, if i cycle more than 30 mins, actually my kukujiao is numb!
basically when that happened, i cant even feel my kukujiao when i grabbed at it! it's like, gone!

LOL

my point is,how can someone still can have erection when cycling lah? the blood flow already restricted at perineum area by saddle.

i even swapped out to a saddle with a hole in middle, doesnt made any difference though

QUOTE(Justin.Loong @ Sep 5 2019, 01:10 PM)
Consider investing in a suitable saddle.

QUOTE(skyblu3 @ Sep 5 2019, 01:33 PM)
On serious note.
This is because your saddle adjustment is wrong.
Or the saddle you using is lousy

I ride so many years no such issues.

Prolong like this you will get mati pucuk.Β  No joke.
Later cannot stim make love, dont cry.
*
QUOTE(hidzwan @ Sep 5 2019, 01:33 PM)
maybe can try tilt the front saddle 4-6% downward.
used to have this as well but not to bad, the numbness eventually goes away after i keep riding for few more miles
*
Yeah i did tilt it down abit with the previous saddle, yes it did reduce the numbness occurence but on a long stretch i have to constantly slide my bum back.

i went back to flat after swapping to this hole-in-middle saddle, so yeah i'll have to try tilting it again come this weekend.

Another method is i stop aside for rest, or i'd just stand on pedal while coasting to get the blood flowing again every few kms

QUOTE(skyblu3 @ Sep 5 2019, 01:34 PM)
The hole on the saddle is for what
For you to dangle it through the hole is it.
*
to not have a surface pressing on your perineum area. less pressure mah so can have erection.

update

did tilt down the saddle by a notch over the weekend but only managed to ride for about 20+ minutes due worsening haze.

so cant say for sure if it alleviates the numb issue but i am looking forward to next weekend. hopefully the air clears up then.

Not only looking into saddle tilt angle

Check whether your seat post is overly high?
Over stretching your legs on bottom stroke when paddling?
*
adjusted according to fitting guide on youtube, max reach at bottom stroke with heel on pedal.
so when i position the ball of foot on pedal for usual riding, at bottom stroke my knee still got some bend.

earlier on i had thought the handlebar may be abit too forward (90mm stem) forcing me to lean more and hence saddle pressing on my balls. also one of the reason why i am not on an RB. swapped to a 30mm stem and i sat straighter, but it didnt resolve, i still get numbness. now wait for next riding session to see if the tilt helped.

QUOTE(skyblu3 @ Sep 14 2019, 06:53 AM)
Brief you sit on the saddle, you can always adjust your balls a bit so that you won't be squashing your balls against the saddle.  Adjust parking a bit.
*
Update. Nope still get kukujiao numbness. So tilt and hole in saddle doesn't fix it. Now the only way I can avoid this is to get my butt off saddle every once in a while to get the blood flowing

I am interested in this T saddle, but I dunno if it would be tiring to sit on this on long rides

Plus I read that the nose of a saddle helps in controlling the bike, so if we use such no-nose saddles, we lost a controlling factor. Being a motorcyclist I tend to agree. The feeling of control between a motorbike with tank in front Vs kapchai/scooter is very different

Your seatpost is +25 degrees set back ka?
Because looks like your seat has been adjusted to the maximum of its rails.Β  hmm.gif
I haven't seen this T-saddle in Malaysia. Anybody using it and any feedback?
I'm also fat fag (>90kg) so interested to know if there are any alternative comfy saddles out there.Β  sweat.gifΒ  biggrin.gif

1. Yea I pushed the saddle max to the front so my bum can sit nicely at the padded area. Otherwise i'll be sitting on the nose, that would mean pressing my perineum

2. Not that I know off locally. Deswai I am still unsure. If buy oso mesti buy from China AliExpress lor

Hey Andrew, that small tiny saddle so cute!
But... But... The small area macam cucuk the lubang bontot area. Comfortable ornot?

That t saddle, your bum sit on the bar rail up there. The bottom plug is just for the purpose of installation on the seat post lah

Maybe your issue is the seat post and not the seat itself?  hmm.gif

read here: how-to-fit-yourself-on-a-mountain-bike

If your LBS has some demo seatpost, maybe can pinjam and try?
user posted image

Because previously I also pinjam stems from my LBS to see what is the difference between the OEM 90mm vs 110mm.  wink.gif
