is there any rules saying that the forfeiting or charging admin fees if you happen to cancel your booking? I was recently charge RM500 by a well know developer in Kajang aka M*H although it was written B&W on the receipt but is charging rm500 for admin fees if you cancel legal?

QUOTE(apalexar @ Sep 2 2019, 12:56 PM) Isn't it normal? SDP has the same t&c as well i also think that it was normal until i went to a new project by Hong Leong who claim that consumer shouldn't be charge even if they cancel

QUOTE(apalexar @ Sep 2 2019, 04:24 PM) Perhaps it's cancel under certain conditions instead of just simply cancel. for Hong Leong, case, you can simply cancel
