Pemaju tidak boleh mengutip apa-apa bayaran.
Tanpa suatu Surat Perjanjian Jual dan Beli.
Ansuran kepada pemaju yang tidak disokong dengan satu perakuan yang ditandatangani oleh Arkitek atau Jurutera Pemaju yang bertauliah.

loan and deposit are two different topic. you can sign offer letter before spa/recommended to sign offer letter before spa to secure your loan as a buyer. it is illegal for developer to collect a single cent from you prior to spa signing. they will ask you to pay to their lawyer to bypass this regulation. if you have any receipt issued by the developer (before spa date) then you can bring your case to tribunal to get back your money.
