Amaran: Pemaju tidak boleh mengutip apa-apa bayaran. Tanpa suatu Surat Perjanjian Jual dan Beli. Ansuran kepada pemaju yang tidak disokong dengan satu perakuan yang ditandatangani oleh Arkitek atau Jurutera Pemaju yang bertauliah. source |
