go for creative inspire 5.1 5200..im using it..very powerfull 5.1 speaker 
but if u got xtra budget,then megaworks is best choice

guys..i have been googling lowyat.net for sumtym now but i still can decide..

for gaming (60%), movies (30%), music (10%)..which one should i get? a M3300 or V4121?

some say M3300 good for music for it clarity but not for movies..

V4121 quite a punch in bass but lack of clarity..(is it SO bad in music playback?) 

so..for the same price tag (RM230+/-) which one? or should i consider others? M3400 maybe?

hye there guys. I'm planning on buying a 5.1 multimedia speaker, but I can't exactly choose one since I'm such a noob in choosing speakers. My budget is from 300 - 500. For your info, I'll be using the Asus P6T deluxe's on board sound card.

Most of my friend ask me to go for Edifier r501 (RM399), but I'm kinda interested with Logitech G51 though it's way out of my budget with a current price worth RM650.

So can you guys suggest me one that better for me (a metal; speed metal to be exact and rock songs fan). The quality of the bass sound will be the major factor for me. I'll be also using this speaker for gaming purposes (COD and FAR CRY 2).

Any series from any brand will be excepted as long as it is certified by you guys. Thanx

hmm, i do not remember what the price of G500 is. but it should be around DA5000. its bass sounds great, ive tried once in creative showroom. of course, despite gigaworks terrible amp characteristic, i still recommend it if u are using it for gaming and movie. DA5000 sounds great, but im a basshead so i think it lacks in bass department. even a S530D subwoofer is much much better than DA5000 despite it is a 2.1 system.

So i revised the price list from a shop at Imbi and find out that they're selling the G500 at RM850 and the DA5000 worth RM600. So regardless my budget, which one I should go for in terms of the price-quality ratio.

One more thing is, I'm quite sure that G500 will have any problem producing sound in higher volumes but how with DA5000? Like I said before I'm a metal songs fan, so maybe you guys know the level of volume I prefer the most. So, does DA5000 have what it takes?

Ok i'll forget about the Enzo.. Logitech G-51? A lot of positive reviews about this one in youtube..

i have rm500 but i still dont know which 5.1 speaker should i choose.. so hard nowdays.. aiyaa.. only enzo 7000 supports optical under rm500 (based on my knowledge).. optical is really important.. it's like hdmi for audio..

I think maybe you misunderstood. My previous was about the DA5000. I dunno bout S530D's performance since I was focusing more to the speakers within my budget. How much is the S530D anyway?
For me, DA5000 is a much better speaker i tested both Da5000 and R501 mk2 side by side.

thats y i suggest him a E3100. personally, i'd say, edifier only offer great bass with its speaker that has treble controller.
i.e. R401, C3, S530D, S730D, E3100. i dunno why, but seriously, those speakers with treble controller are good for me.
dont u agree? i shouldnt have bought myself a M3300 that time, no treble controller!

altec lansing vs4121 out too, coz all sifu here suggested m3300 is better than it.

2. edifier m3300 cost about 200 plus
3. edifier e3350 cost ??? anyone noe?? i noe e3350 should sound the weakest among 3 but i like the design.. anyone noe the price pls let me noe...

i oso already tested s530d at pc spec...seriously im disapointed with the saound actually....in my house got R501,altec cs21 and Mx5021...all cheaper than s530d but seriously the sound is much more better...i cant feel s530d bass...kit2(owner of pc spec) is my fren so he let me examine it kaw2..so i test few type of songs...bass,clarity....the clarity ok but the bass...it is not what i expected for 8 inch woofer....

y like dat? now im confuse dy to buy high end edifier or not...

i dont think so....i use my own meizu player with amp,without amp,then use onboard sc....im not new in audio n i think im not that stupid to use poor sound quality mp3 to test a speaker...

i know at home better since we can place it nicely and use oor own sc which is far more better than the shop one...but atleast if  we try normal without any add on, it should be ok...

but seriously the bass is not that umpph...altec mx 5021 bass is more umpph...

err...maybe the wire not plug properly or maybe defect? 
i need to try s730D...hope it wont disappoint me....

Haha, gd thing not cheap, cheap thing not gd is all i can say. No offence boss. NGBH is the lyn seller from Low Price Shop. They hv branches in SS2 and Subang Jaya SS15. Low Yat is still the best place for audition, they got almost every speakers there. may be you can audit both Logitech Z5500D and Edifier S550.

To me Sony and Samsung is not really real hifi, tho they branded themselve that way. Thats why some ppl like to refer to real hifi as high end audio i think.

Z5500D never had a problem with the pod in 3 yrs.
