dear all,recently i juz got myself a 5.1 edifier speaker.i think is R01 or wat..smtg like dat,i mean the model.
i plug in 3 connectors from PC to the speaker. then when i run the speaker test ...every speaker oso got sound..be it the RL RR FL FR C and bass but when i play music..only the FL and FR got sound..any idea hw to fix it? pls help as i am juz a newbie..thx |

You need a 5.1 music player for exp: Winamp 5.1 version, or you need a sound card for exp: Creative Audigy series or X-fi.

music is always in stereo mode man. unless u upmix it to 5.1 channel.
stereo = only left and right (plus a sub for bass). add: oh, unless you are playing some 5.1 super music or something. those are more SFX than music for me tho. haha... This post has been edited by SpikeTwo: Dec 17 2007, 11:12 AM |

I'm into gaming but wearing a headphone is troublesome sometimes and expensive. So i thought i would settle for a 2.1 speaker system. I'm interested in Edifier M3300 but somehow it doesn't have remote control unlike M3310. How does this 2 speaker compare? Almost certain M3300 subwoofer would be better. Which would overall perform better considering both having almost the same price range.
