Need an advice from experience user for Edifier C3 and S330.

I heard that if the subwoofer box is smaller, the bass production is tighter cuz there is not much room for the air to move before going out. For C3, it has a big wooden body, the bass is not so tight cuz the air gets out from the box slower. Is this true?

Since the subwoofer for S330 is smaller in size but having a higher RMS than C3, how does the sound differ from C3?

I need to get these 2 answered then i can make my choice.

I'm in dilemma over these two 2.1 speaker, AE aego M or Altec Lansing MX5051.

My budget is rm700.

Which sounds better? I know Altec Lansing model has THX certified.

But I heard alot of rave review about Aego M.

Or there's other brand 2.1 that can suggest to me....

ok now i want to find a good 2.1 bass speaker.....as good or close tol my prev GMX....Logitech Z2300 sound tempting but alot ppl say the satelite very muddy etc etc, never have listen dow...i have audit S730 this morning but still not satisfy with the bass.....or worst come to worst where can i buy GMX again.....my budget under RM1k...
