Anyone using WhatsApp Business here?

If yes, I only have ONE question.

After using WA Business, do you still find it necessary to have the normal WhatsApp around in your phone? It seems redundant to me to have both since WA Business has more features but can also function perfectly as a normal whatsapp account. That being said, there could be something that I'm missing out before I delete the original WhatsApp.

So what's your opinion?

Very nice to use, only 1 issue, in apps like youtube etc, when i click share, harder to find whatsapp business not sure why the option is lower down and logo is slightly different

I see, so you still leave your normal WhatsApp around for the more convenient sharing feature?
Otherwise, seems like whatsapp business can replace the old one.

Oh I just realized you can’t use both App under the same number, have to choose between them.

i use whatsapp business wit my work number, normal whatsapp wit my own number.
that way, i can separate work & personal stuff.

personal whatsapp, i prefer to turn on read receipts.
business whatsapp, i turn off read receipts.

it used to be i need to use 3rd party apps like parallel space just to run 2 instances ot whatsapp.
now no longer need.

yes, dual sim.
but u dun actually need dual sim phone to run both whatsapp normal & business.
