After using WA Business, do you still find it necessary to have the normal WhatsApp around in your phone? It seems redundant to me to have both since WA Business has more features but can also function perfectly as a normal whatsapp account. that way, i can separate work & personal stuff.
personal whatsapp, i prefer to turn on read receipts.
business whatsapp, i turn off read receipts.
it used to be i need to use 3rd party apps like parallel space just to run 2 instances ot whatsapp.
now no longer need.
