don't transfering video to a PC via USB as you will loose far too much quality! The only way to get 100% Quality onto the PC is via firewire and the good news is that you don't need any drivers to use it.

The JVC GR-DX77 has mic, USB, AV, and DC ports on the front right side of the camcorder body, as well as a Firewire/DV port on the left side under the LCD

Make sure u have firewire port on ur PC with 4 to 6 pin firewire cable. If not buy any PCI firewire card for ur PC.

okieh..no problem..

Errr..just make sure ur lappy hard disk space are enuf since transfering video via firewire will cost u 13GB hard disk space for an hour video.Turn off ur antivirus software and most of the program that hidden in ur task bar will help u transfering smooth video without any drop frame.

Don't forget to defrag ur HD smile.gif
