ive been hitting the gym for 1 year. but i think im doing it wrong. so far trial and error.
currently im 67kg 176cm.
the 1st time i bulk, i consumed too much calories. was 73kg and quite fat.
so im restarting this time, hoping to get better results.
at the moment im consuming around 2.4 kcal. protein well over 200g per day.
my weight is maintaining at the moment, but noticing strength gains. so im not sure to increase calories now or later
