QUOTE(unknown warrior @ Aug 26 2019, 04:03 PM) there's a new type of Pan where they don't use non stick coating anymore but surgically drill the pattern on the pot making it non stick. It's call honey comb non stick pan. I bought those. Don't have to worry on coating anymore. my wok got honeycomb, still sticks like mad, so need to season with canola oil

QUOTE(unknown warrior @ Aug 26 2019, 04:25 PM) There too many in the market, best is to read the reviews before buying. The one that I bought works ok... non stick. so far the non stick one that works for me is tefal with teflon coating. most cheap one will stick very quickly eventhough i am not using metal utensil and abrasive sponge. watehel, at the end still return back to seasoned wok.
